Organizations and companies can place advertisements. Foundations and commercial enterprises order copies. The calendar is sent to 21 countries, from Japan to Canada.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/daes.info\/daes-kalender-2023\/\"><span>Please take a look at the first draft of the 2023 calendar yourself<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>With an order of the calendar, which we design with an international group of volunteers, you support <strong>young Africans and a junior professorship<\/strong>. In the framework of a still very poorly described linguistic family, this work represents a first, non exhaustive and tentative descriptive grammatical sketch of the dialect spoken by the circa 15.000 Ogiek belonging to the 7 clans of the Morisionig family. The book contains also a short vocabulary of the language, where 646 Ogiek entries are recorded. This volume is a contribution to the growing body of historical literature that explores the global and social history of the First World War. It questions the supposedly marginal role of Africa during the Great War with a special focus on Northeast Africa. In fact, between 1911 and 1924 a series of influential political and social upheavals took place in the vast expanse between Tripoli and Addis Ababa. The First World War was to profoundly change the local balance of power.\\nThis volume consists of fifteen chapters divided into three sections. The essays examine the social, political and operational course of the war and assess its consequences in a region straddling Africa and the Middle East. The relationship between local events and global processes is explored, together with the regional protagonists and their agency.
